1 cup of milk (I like to used Vanilla Almond milk, but any milk well be just fine)
1/4 cup of finely chopped almonds
1 ripe banana (cut it in half so it fits easier into your blender)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
And sometimes I add a little but of nutmeg and cinnamon in it too, or sprinkle it on the top.. usually about 1 teaspoon) This step is optional
** Add it all together in a blender and Ta-Da! Yumminess that easy to take with you anywhere!**
If you like it thicker- add more banana
if you like it thinner – add more milk
