1 min                         4.5 mph                                                    6%

2 min                         3.5 mph                                                   4%

1 min                         4.5 mph                                                    6%

2 min                         3.5 mph                                                   4%

1 min                          4.5 mph                                                   6%

2 min                         3.5 mph                                                    4%

1 min                         Slowly decrease speed to a stop           1%
