So as many of you know I’m in the middle of training for my first ever fitness competition! Whoo! Never in a million years would I have normally thought I was going to do something like this when I got older, but with the path that life has given me and the roads I’ve taken to get where I am and maybe get to where I want to be, this is going to be another milestone that will not only better myself but make me feel awesome while doing it.
