Blueberry Punch (Alcoholic Drink)



So I got a request for a “healthier cocktail” And since I cant drink right now, I found this in a magazine! So if ya’ll make it, let me know how it is!!! Looks soo good! ( also moderated it a little too to make it more “healthy” but it was inspired by a drink in SELF magazine. )


In a small saucepan, bring 1/2 cup blueberries, 1  tbsp. stevia, and 1/2 cup water to boil.

Cook for about 1 minute , breaking up the blueberries. Strain the syrup reserving the liquid and let cool for about 10-15 min. (you should have around 1/2 cup of syrup)

Fill a pitcher with ice and add blueberry syrup, 2 cups of sparkling water and 6oz elder-flower flavored liquor. (they suggest St-Germans) and stir all together.

And serve! (should serve about 4)
