Spinach, Cantaloupe and Strawberry Smoothie

You’ll Need:

  • 1/2 cup chopped up cantaloupe
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 4 ice cubes

Blend it all up and you got your smoothie!!! yumm

Feel free to add anything to it .. some favorite options are

  • yogurt
  • stevia
  • protein powders
  • any other fruits or veggies
  • peanut/almond butter

Vanilla Blueberry Smoothie!

You’ll Need:

1/4 Cup Almond Milk

4 Ice cubes

1/2 cup frozen yogurt (Greek, or dairy free. Vanilla or blueberry flavored)

1 teaspoon of Agave Nectar

1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries

1/2 banana

1/4 cup black berries

Blend all together and enjoy!

** Easier to blend all ingredients and then add ice! **

Banana Blueberry Smoothie

You’ll Need:

1/2 frozen Banana

1/4 Cup Blueberries

1 tbsp. Honey

1 cup Almond or Coconut Milk

3 Ice cubes

Dash of Cinnamon

Bland all ingredients together and Enjoy!

Minty Mango Strawberry Smoothie!!

You’ll Need:

1/2 cup mango slices (fresh or frozen)

3/4 cup apple juice

3 ice cubes

3 mint leafs

1 cup of frozen or fresh strawberries

Splash of almond milk to make it creamier (optional)

Blend it all up and go!!! YUMMM

** Helps if you blend ingredients first then add ice. **

Frozen Chocolate Goodness!

You’ll Need:

1/4 Cup Almond Milk

1 Packet of Stevia (about 1 Tablespoon)

1/4 Cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips. ( I like the Enjoy Life brand because they are dairy free!)

1 cup of Ice Cubes

2 Scoops of chocolate Ice Cream ( I like the Coconut milk kind, makes it creamy)

 

Combine sugar, milk, chocolate chips in bowl and microwave until chips are melted. (only like 30 seconds) Let cool in fridge. Then, Place ice cream and ice in blender. Blend until smooth, add chocolate mixture  and blend until mixed.

Serve and enjoy!

* you can even top with a little cinnamon… yummm
